Enhanced Surge Protection
The Acar R8 POWER is an enhanced 16-amp version of the popular surge protector from the Acar-AXON family.

With a length of 44.4 cm, it offers eight grounded outlets. This number is sufficient for most applications, and the relatively compact dimensions allow for flexible placement even on a desk.

It features a reinforced two-pole power switch that is resistant to high inrush currents, such as those that occur when turning on computer power supplies (both desktop and laptop).

Protection for the Demanding
The integrated enhanced surge protection system secures all power lines and diverts surge energy through the PE grounding wire.

The device includes an indicator to check the proper functioning of the surge protection system. The maximum load that can be supplied and protected is 3680W.

Comfort and Safety
The Acar R8 Power power strips are, on one hand, a simple and universal product for the safe supply of high-energy devices, and on the other hand, an advanced solution for surge protection.

Unlike standard strips, this one has a reinforced two-pole power circuit under a foldable cover and a diode to indicate the surge protection status. Additionally, there are 8 two-pole grounded outlets rated for 16A/250V.

Furthermore, there is a 4-way system on the underside of the device for organizing the power cable. Mounting brackets for flat surfaces are also included in the set.
