These precision-ground twist drills are designed for industrial quality drilling of alloyed and unalloyed steels, grey cast iron, malleable iron, copper alloy, nickel silver, graphite, sintered iron, wide grooves, and reinforced core. They feature special lengths, right-hand cutting, and a cylindrical shank. The drills allow for a drilling depth almost corresponding to the twist length and ensure good chip removal. The point angle is 118°, and the surface is blued from 1.0 mm. All dimensions start from 4.0 mm with special "AC" grinding. They are suitable for NC machines, precise due to a modern grinding process, and break-resistant due to CNC-controlled heat treatment.
