Twist drill HSS - Maykestag DIN1869 RN 8.5x240 mm.

These precision-ground twist drills are designed for industrial quality drilling of alloyed and unalloyed steels, grey cast iron, malleable iron, copper alloy, nickel silver, graphite, and sintered iron. They feature special lengths, right-hand cutting, and a cylindrical shank. The design allows for a drilling depth nearly equal to the twist length and ensures good chip removal. The point angle is 118°, and the surface is blued from 1.0 mm. All dimensions start from 4.0 mm with special "AC" grinding. These drills are suitable for NC machines, offering precision due to modern grinding processes and break resistance from CNC-controlled heat treatment.
