Product description:
This power tool is designed for cutting sheet metal without loss of material. It is suitable for both curved and straight cuts. The sheet metal shear is up to 4 times faster for straight and curved cuts than conventional manual sheet metal shears, requiring no effort. Its compact design and unbeatable lightweight (only 1.4 kg) allow for comfortable and fatigue-free work. Nevertheless, the tool is extremely powerful, effortlessly making cuts up to 1.3 mm in steel or up to 2.0 mm in aluminum. The upper and lower blades are identical, each featuring four cutting edges that can be swapped. Timely rotation or replacement of the blades ensures sharp tools for good cutting performance and preserves the power tool. The tool can be operated with compatible 10.8 or 12 V batteries from Bosch. Thanks to the Bosch Flexible Power System, the battery is 100% compatible with 10.8 and 12 V devices. An air cooling system circulates fresh air through the battery, keeping the temperature between 0 and 45 °C. This significantly reduces charging time and increases the battery's lifespan.
