Product details
The Doepke RCD is a highly advanced residual current device (RCCB) designed to ensure safety in electrical installations. It disconnects the power supply when dangerously high fault currents occur, thereby protecting people, animals, and equipment from electrical hazards. This two-pole switch is designed for single-phase networks and features a compact design that occupies only two modular units. With a variety of fault current types and versions suitable for rated currents up to 125 A, the RCD is versatile in its applications. The large double-decker terminals allow for the connection of conductors with larger cross-sections, while the switching position indicator and the viewing window for labeling facilitate handling and troubleshooting. The switch is particularly resistant to surge currents and lightning, making it a reliable choice for use in various environments.
- Sensitive to alternating and pulsating direct fault currents of the mains frequency (Type A)
- High immunity to surge fault currents and mains voltage-driven follow-up current pulses
- Compact size for all rated currents
- High short-circuit resistance
- Dual-sided double-decker terminals for large conductor cross-sections and rail connections.
