German design with a black powder-coated head that is corrosion-resistant. Made from a special alloyed steel, carefully hardened and tempered. Rail and fins are ground with cleanly broken edges. Features a secure connection between the head and handle through a patented Secutec® wedge screw. Includes a hardened handle sleeve and a double-curved hickory handle. Complies with DIN 1041 standards.
