German design with a black powder-coated head for corrosion protection. Made from special alloy steel, carefully hardened and tempered. The blade and fins are ground with cleanly broken edges. Secure connection between head and handle through patented Secutec® wedge screw. Includes a hardened handle protection sleeve and a double-curved hickory handle. Complies with DIN 1041.
