To obtain power in excess of 3.6 kW with a three-phase 16 A × 3 phase installation, you need a three-phase charging point capable of delivering 11 kW, i.e. 16 A on each phase (16 A × 230 V × 3 phases = 11 kW). This requires the electrical installation to be three-phase and the charging point to be designed for this power. So, with a 16 A three-phase connection, you can charge up to 11 kW, which is more than 3.6 kW single-phase.

Hello, so you're at 3.6 kW, not kWh, as this is the charging power. To change the amperage, and therefore the power, you need to hold down the button, then press it several times until the correct amperage appears on the screen. Finally, and I admit this is rather annoying, you have to hold down the button to confirm and retain your choice.

Hello there. Have you set the charger to maximum? Keep your finger on the amps button and select 16A. Otherwise, are you sure that your wall socket is rated for this power? Best regards. Moreno

I've been using this charger for over a year without any regrets. It works perfectly and has never switched off after 30' without being asked to do so. I usually programme it in the evening at off-peak times to start at around 9pm and switch it off in the morning at 6.30am, but by then my vehicle is 100% charged anyway... I'd definitely recommend it

Type 2 is designed for 3 phases. For our Citroen eC4, the adapter works perfectly with 11kW. Why don't you just get yourself a 220V adapter? The standby current is certainly very low, but I haven't measured it.
