No, more is not possible. But that's a good thing, because the matching socket is almost certainly not designed for 10A continuous current. In our case, it was even difficult with 8A due to the narrow cable cross-sections installed, so I had to reduce it to 6A. It just takes time...
Yes, that works wonderfully, I always do it that way. The Juice Booster is ready for operation as soon as you connect it to the mains and remains so until you disconnect the plug from the mains again.
As far as I know, the Swiss plugs are not fitted with a temperature sensor, T13 is also reduced to 8A instead of 10A, T23 to 13A instead of 16A. Only the Schuko plug from Germany has the temperature sensor.
That doesn't work. In addition, the Juice Booster (at least for me) is limited to 8 amps with the Swiss plug, so you get a maximum of 1.8 kW. With the Schuko 10A (2.3 kW) is possible.
The Juice Booster 2 is suitable for the Golf GTE as it offers a type 2 connection that is compatible with most electric and hybrid vehicles, including the Golf GTE. The Golf GTE supports Type 2 charging stations, which means that the Juice Booster 2 can be used without any problems.
CEE32 is unfortunately included, you never need it.
I ordered the original CEE16 separately.
German 230 volt plug with cheap Swiss adapter is sufficient.
For the 5-pin square Swiss plugs (2 different sizes), either buy the original adapter or buy cheaper adapter cables or make your own adapters. For hanging in the garage, it is best to mount one or 2 simple hose holders on the wall next to each other.
Yes, Master Traveller Set includes a 5m extension cable and all common adapters incl. Schuko. An absolutely good piece of equipment if you are on the road a lot.
I think that the CEE16 adapter should be in this "package" instead of the CEE32 adapter.
The reason for this is that the majority of EVs can only charge with 11kW.
3phase x 16A x 230V = 11kW
A 3 phase 16Ampère connection is usually already available or quickly installed by an electrician and is cheaper than a 3 phase 32A,
The 32A 3 phase is partly not even possible!
The other option would be to sell the Juice Booster 2 without an adapter but with a reference to the different adapters.
Unfortunately, the Juice Booster 3 Air is sold out and can no longer be reordered:

Dear Community
There seem to be a lot of experts and experienced users involved. I'll take the liberty of outlining my situation and hope for your expert feedback.
I need a home charging solution for my new company car with a range of 530 km according to the manufacturer. I work in the field, but have the possibility to charge at the employer's almost price-neutral with decent power (2-3 sufficiently long stays per week at the office).
My project: Juice Booster for home with conventional 220 V socket (T12?), current limit 6 amps and charge the vehicle overnight (12h); due to the 6 amps, I don't see any problems with regard to the permanent load of the installed cable/socket from the new building in 2018. In doing so, I pay Rp 12.-/kWh. With an offered top wallbox with all the trimmings, I come to Rp 30.-/kWh (in each case including grid usage).
Are there any arguments against the Juice Booster? Am I missing something?
I am informed about the charging time, the ratio of the manufacturer's range to the practical range and "range management" in everyday use. What do you think?
Thank you very much for the exchange!
I am an EV driver from the beginning (2x Tesla S, currently Polestar 2) and have almost 10 years of experience with charging, at home as well as on the road, my opinion is clear: if you are not forced to do so, I would not recommend a wallbox, because a Juice Booster with the various adapters solves all charging problems and makes a wallbox superfluous. However, I would recommend clarifying whether 3-phase charging is possible at home, depending on the situation, this can simply be installed by the electrician, enabling charging with 16 A (approx. 50 km/h versus just under 10 km/h at 220 V), so: just buy a Juice Booster and charge carefree... good luck
I am very interested in this product. You mention that the manufacturer's reference is: EL-JB2G4
However, on the manufacturer's website, the kit with this number also contains a 5-metre extension cable which is not shown in your picture and not in the detailed description either. Is there anything that doesn't seem to fit?
So my question is: is this the EL-JB2G4 kit from Juice and if so, can you confirm that it does contain the 5 metre extension lead according to the manufacturer?
