The official thule website shows which ones it is compatible with and which ones require additional adapters. I have the same ski rack at home and can highly recommend it.

The specified load is achieved when the skis and the boards lie with the bellows sides on top of each other. This means that the bindings must be sufficiently flat. In addition, you can mount additional feet (see manual) which give another 29mm more distance. I have mounted them.
