Integrated drive of the Lexium ILE1 series. This series of decentralized drives consists of a compact unit of a brushless DC motor and the associated control electronics with small dimensions. These motors are characterized by a high holding torque when de-energized. This EC motor has a maximum torque of 0.36 Nm and a continuous torque of 0.26 Nm. The voltage-dependent speed reaches up to 4800 rpm. Control is provided via CANopen DS301. A single-turn encoder with 12 points per revolution is available as a measuring system. As a safety feature, control inputs for STO are provided. The supply voltage is 24-36 VDC, and the flange dimension for mounting is 66 mm. PCB connectors are available for connection. A spur gear with a reduction ratio of 38:1 is mounted on the EC motor.
