The SIRIUS 3RA21 direct starter is designed for controlling and starting motors. The 3RA21 direct starter is a tested and factory pre-assembled combination of a 3RV2 circuit breaker and a 3RT2 contactor, which are already pre-wired and mechanically and electrically connected. They are climate-resistant, globally approved (e.g., IEC and UL/CSA), and IE3/IE4 ready. The 3RA2 consumer branches are available with AC and DC actuation in sizes S00, S0, and S2 with adjustable ranges from 0.14 to 65 A. They are offered in screw and spring-loaded connection technology for mounting on DIN rail, screw fastening, and mounting on 60 mm busbar. Additionally, we provide over 40,000 other tested combinations of individual devices for protecting, switching, and starting various applications up to 630 A. All accessories for the 3RV2 circuit breakers and 3RT2 contactors are uniform across all sizes and can also be used for the consumer branches.
