Hello what exactly does "as new + tested" mean? Is the Lego still in pieces and in the plastic packaging? Has only the cardboard box been opened? Thank you very much for a short answer.

Why is the Porsche offered on the Toppreise page for 99.- and when I go to the Galaxus page it is offered for 130.-???
