The bison looks magnificent with its powerful head and the distinctive hump over its shoulders. Its thick brown fur is lighter and denser on the back. The thick skull and broad chest are black. Although the bison has two short horns on its head, which it can use to defend itself if necessary, it actually looks very friendly.

The bison is the largest mammal in North America, and this bull here is a particularly beautiful representative. Confidently, it stands with wide legs on the lush meadow, grazing contentedly.
