The Scania 770S 8x4/4 is a true workhorse! It is the heavy-duty version of the Scania 770S – the flagship model from Scania. Tamiya has created one of the most beautiful and powerful heavy-duty tractors in a 1:14 scale.

The S-series from Scania features a V8 turbo engine with 770 horsepower. The 8x4/4 indicates that the original is driven by four wheels and that the two front axles are steerable. These functions are replicated in the Tamiya model: the model is powered through the two rear axles and features a 3-speed transmission. The two front axles are controlled by a steering servo and, like the original, have different steering angles.

The second axle is liftable. Using a mechanical lever on the top of the chassis, the wheels can be raised or lowered. A highlight is the faithfully recreated heavy-duty tower behind the cab. This heavy-duty tower contains pressure tanks for a realistic appearance.

Required accessories: 6-channel remote control (recommended Carson Reflex Wheel Stick), 1x steering servo, 1x shifting servo, battery, charger, batteries for the transmitter, paint for the finishes.
