I ordered the Dino as a Christmas present at the beginning of December and paid for it in advance. Now even your customer service could not tell me when the Dino will be delivered. Of course I could cancel the order but my son is still hoping for his belated Christmas present and it "has" to be this dino. Basically it was stupid and I don't want to make a drama out of it. But what I don't understand is why you are still offering the thing at a reduced price, even though you don't know if and when supplies will arrive.

Unfortunately, I can't tell you that either, but Galaxus only works with the information from the suppliers and usually can't work magic. At least there was a replenishment! There are currently 10 in stock.

I hope your son still enjoyed the late dinosaur. :-)
