Hello, I need a replacement battery for the Oral-B iO 9. Can you help me here? According to the internet, it should be a SANYO UR 14500 AC Li-ion 740mAh Rechargeable 3.7v FLAT-TOPS, but somehow it is no longer available. Thank you! Marcus

The top seal of my toothbrush is very dirty because I haven't cleaned it enough. Does anyone know how to clean it again?

I would spray it with some limescale-dissolving bath cleaner, wait a while and then clean it carefully with a toothbrush. As a general rule, give the brush heads a rest after each use. Always remove the heads, rinse them and do not put them back on. Always wash and wipe dry the brush head holder area. Put the brushes on before brushing your teeth.
