Instructions for use
To intensify and emphasise the look, draw a line along the lash line and double it towards the outer edge of the eye. To play with contrast, use two colours of Couture Eyeliner. Draw a dark line at the lash line to intensify the look and a lighter line above it to enlarge and lighten it.
