Intel Core i9-10900X appears in Geekbench 4
Twitter user @momomo_us has struck again and spotted a result for the Intel Core i9-10900X on Geekbench. According to the benchmark leak, the processor should come with ten cores and a boost clock of 4.6 GHz.
Based on the data collected, the Core i9-10900X sighted is said to be the direct successor to the i9-9900X. The processor is therefore part of the Cascade Lake X series.
Based on the specifications, the i9-10900X does not differ much from its predecessor. It is said to have ten cores, 20 threads, 640 KB L1 cache, 10 MB L2 cache and 19.25 MB L3 cache. Geekbench 4 measured a minimum clock speed of 4.137 GHz and a maximum clock speed of 4.680 GHz.
Compared with the i9-9900X, the i9-10900X performs 5.71 per cent better in single core and 10.34 per cent better in multi core, according to Geekbench. As always with leaks, these figures should be treated with caution. According to Intel, the processors should be available in October.
