The photo features of the 15 and 15 Plus models are the same and more favourable compared to the Pro models: the wide-angle sensors are smaller and the optical telephoto is missing completely. Nevertheless, the main camera performs comparably in the 24 MP setting and is only slightly weaker in 48 MP mode...

The main difference between the basic model and the Plus is the smaller design.
