And it comes as it usually does here. Even the day before, the order says "expected tomorrow" and on the day in question it is postponed for a month, if not more at the end. Do I not understand how this can happen? That I might be put off for a few days for something that is so hotly anticipated, ok. However, Digitec only notices this on the day of the planned release? Is that just "backward" of the system to calculate when it's your turn or just Digitec's way? It's like they don't know beforehand when it's going to be your turn and you can tell them honestly. Same for my 3080 graphics card back then, which I wanted to buy near pre-order-start and had to wait over a year for the nice choice: "Yes buy the more expensive TI model or tough luck." -.-

My delivery date has also been postponed to mid-October, although yesterday it still said that I could pick it up today. Ordered right at the beginning of the order release on 09.09.2.2022. It's very annoying that they don't store the quantity in the system a week in advance and openly inform the customers that they will certainly receive a unit at the market launch even if they order right at the time of order release... Also questionable for me is whether the units are served according to the "first come, first served" principle. It would be best if this were also noted. According to digitec support, the supplier is responsible for entering the quantities and delivery dates. In my opinion, digitec needs to talk to the supplier and change this situation for the benefit of customer satisfaction. digitec should have the appropriate market position to bring about a positive change even with weighty suppliers. This means that the quantities must already be entered at the time of the pre-order and it must be ensured that the orders that were placed first are also delivered first. This should also be clearly communicated to us customers, because other shops can do this too. So if a customer wants to order the iPhone one day after the order has been released, he would see that he will not receive it until mid-October and can decide to order from another shop if necessary. Please play your cards close to your chest digitec, customer satisfaction will thank you!

Customer screw-up in its purest form! I deliberately did not pre-order at brack.ch, for example, because it was transparent from the start that the new iPhone would not be available until mid-October. On 9 September, I made sure I was online at 2 p.m. to pre-order the phone from Digitec. The whole presentation suggested that I would receive the iPhone today... nothing there - today it suddenly says "expected mid-October". Thanks for nothing Digitec. I ordered from you last time!

Supposed to arrive today for collection. No pick-up certificate, nothing. I called several times and every employee told me something different. One says it's coming today, another says it's coming in January, the next says it's coming tomorrow and so on. I know "delivery problems from apple" is all well and good, but you should know what you're talking about and have your shop under control. According to the comments, everyone is told something different anyway.

This is a joke, isn't it? It's already the end of October, sorry, but that can't be. I never write comments but this is an imposition.... I have been ordering from Digitec for over 10 years but this is just cheeky to say the least, to mislead customers like this with this information.
