It charges, but much more in summer. In winter I have to recharge with cable after 2 months at the latest, but there is an alarm when the charge level drops. This summer it lasted about 6 months with the solar panel ... Without the panel, however, I have to recharge every 2 months, so it's definitely worth it ;-)
No unfortunately not, I have the same problem. The charge output of the Panel is fixed and is a magnetic charge and on the old Arlo it is a USB-X cable type.
Works perfectly for me with the Arlo Pro4, but I don't know what the "V" is.
As far as I know, there is no adapter. The solar panels are offered in different versions; each for magnetic connection and micro USB connection.
