can you use the mainboard directly with the ryzen 7 3700x or do you have to update it?

The 3700X works with every bios version. I had 1.2 on it. At first, only the CPU and RAM LEDs were flashing. Then I pressed the "Clear CMOS Button" and it worked.

Has the BIOS of this mainboard already been updated for Zen 3 support or does it already have a usb flasher?

Hello, As of 8 January 2024, what BIOS is installed in this product? I have several AMD Ryzen available, I would like to use a 3200G or 5700G or 5800X3D? I've seen on the manufacturer's site which BIOS is needed for each CPU, but it's the one for this product that's delivered that's requested. Thanks for your help.

I bought this board roughly a year ago and the 5900X worked with it right out of the box.

Does the board now run out of the box with a 5700x CPU?

I bought the board at Digitec in January. It came with an old bios version, had to update the bios first before it ran with the 5700x.

Almost every time I shut down the computer I get a blue screen with the following message: "A problem has been detected, the PC must be reset and the error must be corrected. Make sure the PC is not disconnected from the mains" or sometimes a message from the mainboard itself saying "Repair(Mainboard)...: Phase 1of2 %... Eta 0:00. :07" What is this?! Plus, when I turn off the computer the LED NEVER goes off but I have to turn off the power switch then it goes off after an hour, Sometimes there are problems reading a hard disk because it seems to be not plugged in... On top of that the ASRRBGLED software blocks iCUE and drivers for a nvidia 3060ti! I LOVE THIS MOTHERBOARD!(not)

I've never had any problems with the board until now. Either you have a model that came out of the assembly line or something else is wrong. I doubt that the LED goes out after ONE hour. After switching off the power supply, there can't be that much power left in the system. Unless: it could be that the power supply unit is going haywire. Then all kinds of strange things happen - like with you. I can't comment on RGB bling, I don't use it. The BIOS is always an ongoing issue. Since I've owned the mainboard, I've done several BIOS upgrades - but without any BIOS version causing problems. My approach would be as follows: Check the power supply, install a current BIOS (reset BIOS settings) and reinstall Windows. Good luck.
