The name was defined by the manufacturer in the same way as other Asus motherboard models end with Plus/Pro/Creator etc.. It is usually intended to indicate a series, in this case the motherboard is best suited for a workstation.

Hi, I bought this card in December 2020 and the BIOS was not yet compatible with the latest Ryzen (9 5950x for my part). I mounted a Ryzen 7 I had to update the BIOS and then mounted the Ryzen 9.
As for the exchange with Digitec, I can't answer you.

I can't answer the question for digitec, but you should be able to do the update yourself.
Does the device not boot at all?
With the newer boards, you can do a firmware update by booting the board directly via a USB stick and the update is automatically installed. This is described on page 27 of the Asus manual. You have to rename the update file and copy it to a FAT32 USB stick, then boot the system with it:

I don't know the ASUS boards, but it is at least with the MSI boards that the update also works this way without a CPU being installed on the board, so exactly the problem you have can be solved this way. It might be worth a try, otherwise I would recommend that you request a return on the digitec site and have the board replaced.

It is not possible to answer this question because the mainboard is a rather small consumer of the entire system. You would have to know the CPU, graphics card, etc..
However, 1,000W or more tends to be far too much.
No, it does not have a TPM module and as far as I can see there is no possibility of inserting one.
The QVL from Asus does not say RAM from Samsung, but it is not impossible that it still works.

As far as I know, the new boards are all 128GB, but this one is 100% :)
