Hello wbielski It seems that Dell have changed their own mount and you can only use the AW3423DW with the MSA20 if both the screen and monitor arm use the respective VESA adapters that are included. So it should work, but it adds a few cm to the depth and doesn't look quite as elegant as without. I would probably buy the arm anyway, as I have one and can tell you that it is really good ;-) Best regards Andrew

I have mounted this bracket at my home on a 2 cm thick tabletop made of pressboard. As it is supplied. Without additional supports. I am very satisfied. The holder holds well on the table and is very sturdily made. I can recommend it.

According to the Dell website, the mount supports monitors up to 10kg (https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/de-ch/000152981/die-funktionen-des-dell-einzelmonitor-arm-msa20#Features). Also according to the website, the monitor you mentioned without the stand has a weight of 9.5kg, so that should just about work, even though Dell recommends monitors up to max. 38" (whereby the weight should be the decisive factor). Hope this helps...

This monitor mount comes with a VESA adapter plate, which makes it compatible with all monitors with VESA 100x100m (taking into account the maximum weight of the monitor, of course). Since the monitor you mentioned supports the corresponding VESA wall mount type, there should be nothing to prevent it from being used with this mount.
