Yes, missing the pre-order drink is tedious, unfortunately this is becoming more and more the case.
We have gladly forwarded your question to the community so that it can possibly be answered by another customer. :)
Of the over 2000 sold, a few came back, the most common reason being a damaged package. What is also striking about this smartphone is that people don't like to buy opened ones, mainly those in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, only one sim slot and one eSim.
Worked for me without any problems, even with 5G.
We haven't even received the Pixel 7 yet. But it may well be that this item will be in the shop as soon as it is available.
Should not be carrier locked.
It could be that this is a product fault. In this case, please contact our customer service team directly so that they can help you. https://helpcenter.galaxus.ch/hc/de/requests/new
I recommend using geizhals.de / .at with the browser translator if necessary. There you can set something like this as a filter and only shops that offer the device version you are looking for will be displayed without you having to look at the manufacturer. I often end up at Galaxus in this way, but the article description in the shop is still very much in need of improvement, so I use Geizhals as a portal for searching for Galaxus articles.
In this case, please contact our customer service team directly so that they can help you. It can be assumed that this is a product fault. https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/de/requests/new
Yes, "used and inspected" are returned goods.
Hello, I don't know because WiFi (WLAN) is almost unusable, extremely poor reception.
Im Sortiment wäre es... Google Pixel 7a (128 GB, Charcoal)
Do we have a crystal ball? The tablet is not yet available anywhere anyway. But I strongly assume that Digitec will also sell this tablet. This sales strategy by Google really gets on my nerves anyway. When will Google manage to sell the devices worldwide or at least in more countries? The Pixel Phone is not even officially available in Switzerland. But I guess Google doesn't care about that.
Yes, the Pixel comes with a charger and power plug.
As our prices are strongly based on the market price, it may take some time. We also currently still have in stock items that we have already purchased and paid for.
Unfortunately not. Any physical damage is not covered by the warranty.
Sometimes the reason is the power supply unit if it is an imported device. But the Pixel doesn't have a power supply^^. Maybe the customs? Although that's not ultra-likely if they come in big boxes.
The item can be registered for a chargeable repair via your user profile. After sending in the item, the relevant service centre will send you a cost estimate.
Unfortunately, I don't know if there is a restriction with Sunrise. Only the provider itself could answer that question. There are many entries on the Internet saying that it doesn't work with some and does with others. Many still have to activate it first.
Unfortunately have no answer on the choice of power supply/power adapter - but the same experience with shipping. Smartphone was shipped in a (too big) cardboard box without padding - I was also (negatively) surprised.
Currently we do not have such a promotion.
