You would have to ask the manufacturer. For me as an end user, the EU version is actually congruent with the CH version, which means I don't notice any difference. For me, the dual SIM plus the additional memory slot was decisive. These hybrid slots in most other devices are pointless for me. When I'm abroad, I need the CH SIM, the local SIM plus the external memory for all picture taking.

The Poco M4 Pro already has 256 GB of storage and 8 GB of RAM, but it can also be expanded. The camera protrudes less from the case of the Poco M4 Pro 4G, technically the devices are identical apart from the camera and the case, and a Fast Charger is also included. I use the M4 Pro and am very satisfied with it. Both also receive regular security updates until January 2025. The display is very easy to read even in direct sunlight and the 5000 mAh battery lasts a very long time and is charged gently from the centre in two directions, which also puts less strain on the cell. The battery also lasts longer as a result.
Yes, this makes no difference to the functionality of the smartphone, EU or CH does not matter, the products can be used everywhere.

The phone can receive the signal from both SIM cards simultaneously, you can independently choose which network type to receive on each for example one in 4G and the other in 5G depending on the phone. However, if a call is received on one of them the second will not be reachable during that time.
