These smartphones from all manufacturers can be used in Europe and in Switzerland. At most, there are devices that may not be able to work with all radio standards from all network providers, but there is no cause for concern with the Samsung device, which will also work perfectly in Switzerland. A charger is not included anyway, so there could still be problems with the plug if it came from another country. By the way, there are also smartphones from other manufacturers with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB internal memory that offer two SIM cards and also a microSD memory expansion, including a 64 MP camera (but without 5G) for less than 300 Swiss francs :) and the charger is always included with the devices.
