The specs on digitec seem to be wrong, memory is wrong, processor on the 5g is wrong and I think camera specs are also wrong. Maybe they use a generic spec sheet and will be corrected closer to launch?
But if you google it, it already looks like it's a screen protector: https://www.spickipedia.com/index.php/samsung-galaxy-s20/schutzfolie-ab-werk-auf-dem-samsung-galaxy-s20-s20-oder-s20-ultra-vorhanden.html
This is indeed surprising. We would be happy to receive an e-mail about this. Please attach a photo. Helpcenter: https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/fr / E-mail: https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/fr/requests/new
According to the information at our disposal, the latest update unfortunately does not allow you to benefit from the full functionality of the EU version in Switzerland.
The difference between the EU and CH device is that certain features may not work, such as Wifi Calling, VoLTE, Samsung Pay, NFC and updates will be delivered later.
After all, the price is not primarily dependent on the exchange rate, but on other factors such as supply/demand, VAT, customs duties, purchasing power of the respective country, etc. etc.

I would think twice, it's an expensive phone with old technology. Samsung offers 4 years of updates, but two of them are already over. There are much cheaper alternatives from other manufacturers that are new to the market and at the beginning of their life cycle. For example, a Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G would certainly be a very good device, it is very light, has a fast CPU, good battery life and gets 3 + 1 years of updates from the manufacturer. Maybe that would be an alternative to the Samsung?

Some features may be limited or not available on an EU model in Switzerland, such as VoLTE, WiFi-Calling, Samsung Pay and other services. In addition, EU models in Switzerland are not eligible for cashback or other promotions.
