I'm not sure if this TV has the appropriate proprietary Samsung connection. However, I would use such a Scart -> HDMI adapter, then you could also connect the DVD player to other devices: smart Scart to HDMI converter (analogue -> digital)

Hello In my experience, the TV boxes are always in sync with a soundbar system. If you turn up the volume on the TV, the sound will also be louder via the soundbar. Unless you have not switched on the soundbar.
This device has the Connect Box. When I bought it about 6 months ago, the TV cost over 2000,- now we are down to well under 1500.... have fun with your purchase. VG
