I still have an older video and DVD player with a Scart connection. Can I adapt these with the Hama 83099 (0.20m, Scart)?

I'm not sure if this TV has the appropriate proprietary Samsung connection. However, I would use such a Scart -> HDMI adapter, then you could also connect the DVD player to other devices:
smart Scart to HDMI converter (analogue -> digital)
