I took a very simple wall mount for CHF 14, similar to this one:
LogiLink TV wall mount (wall)
You may need to buy 40mm long screws if they are not included with the mount (this TV has pretty deep threads).

I bought the QE65Q80R in March in a special offer for the same price as the current QE65Q82R. According to the description, they are exactly the same except for the stand. I think they were bought in large quantities as a block and the QE65Q80R is currently marked with the "normal" single purchase price so that they can sell the "block" to QE65Q82R (they are also limited....By the way, I am quite happy with mine....
