Product details

The UltiMaker PMUM-1006-004 TPU95A filament is a versatile 3D printing material designed for industrial applications that require both rubber-like flexibility and plastic durability. With a diameter of 2.85 mm and a Shore A hardness of 95, this blue filament on a 700 g spool offers an optimal balance between flexibility and structural stability. The material is characterized by exceptional abrasion and wear resistance, ensuring long-term durability even under demanding conditions. Its high impact toughness allows it to withstand mechanical stresses and repeated use without performance loss. A remarkable elongation at break of up to 580 percent permits significant stretching before material failure. Its chemical resistance makes it suitable for contact with various industrial oils and chemicals. This TPU filament features pronounced layer adhesion properties, enabling simpler and faster printing processes compared to other TPU materials. Main application areas include functional prototypes for design validation before mass production, ergonomic grips and guides for safe handling, connectors and housings for moving components, as well as protective covers for sensitive devices. Due to its lack of biocompatibility, the material is not recommended for food contact or medical implants. The semi-elastic nature combined with chemical stability makes this filament ideal for manufacturing projects that require both elastic properties and plastic durability. Each spool contains precisely measured 700 g of material with a consistent 2.85 mm diameter for reliable printing performance across various 3D printing systems compatible with this filament size.
