No Lithium batteries cannot be recharged. But in principle they offer more power than normal ones, so it's still a good thing. However, the price is a bit high. I would see if there are offers for more than just 2 batteries. They are also not ideal for all applications, so it helps to follow the manufacturer's recommendations.
