Question about CQ27G2U/BK - 260479
The delivery times again do not seem to correspond to reality and change every day. I have no problem waiting longer for my product, but the delivery times for this product make the customer believe something. It would be nice if someone could take care of the problem so that I am not always given false hope. Thank you very much
I am of the same opinion and have also reported this to support, but Digitec does not seem to do more than look into my customer account and blindly trust the supplier's information. When I ordered on 16.03 it said 4-7 days and now I have been waiting for over a month, in which the delivery date given by the supplier has been exceeded 2-3 times. I expected more from Digitec. If the supplier constantly
fails to meet the delivery deadlines, it is not too much to ask that Digitec ensures a date with the supplier and does not always use "information without guarantee" as an excuse.
