I received the screen yesterday and today it no longer works with my laptop. The only message I can find is the following in the device manager: UCM-UCSI ACPI Device Error 43. Unfortunately, I don't have an HDMI socket on the laptop and it doesn't work via multiport either.
My computer simply no longer recognises the screen. Has anyone had a problem like this? What was the solution?
