Had the following error message from Samsung Electronics UK when switching from the old Galaxy mobile to the new one using Smart Switch: This device has been remotely locked as the original purchaser failed to complete payment of their order. ... Now I'm supposed to enter a PIN, but I don't know which one (I've already tried the one to unlock the mobile and the one for the SIM card, but they don't work). What can I do?
