Hello together I have such a model at home and wanted to connect my "old" Panasonic audio system. It doesn't work, only sound playback via TV itself or Swisscom Box. Now I've ordered a TCL soundbar, but it doesn't work with that either. Neither via HDMI nor via optical. What is the reason for this? It can't be that both don't work!

It was the same for me until I bought a new HDMI cable. After that, it worked immediately.
