Hi Marc Since the TV has eARC, I assume that the HDMI interfaces are 2.1. eARC has been around since the jump to HDMI 2.1 in 2017 Source: https://www.sony.ch/de/electronics/support/televisions-projectors-oled-tvs-android-/kd-65a8/specifications I hope this has helped you.
Hi Chris, yes you can I have mine with the Vogels Thin 546 stand. Thanks, Gonçalo
It was the same for me until I bought a new HDMI cable. After that, it worked immediately.
Yes, but it needs an additional suspension for it, which is not included in the delivery.
I have these: Vogels Thin 505 (wall, 65", 40kg) and it's perfect. It's a bit fiddly when connecting the device but afterwards it lies flat on the wall.
Unfortunately, I can't answer this question because I don't need Bluetooth headphones for this (until today) because I watch TV via the surround system. I don't have any here for testing.
No
Didn't see a Sonos app on the Play Store for Android TV
No, this is not possible, at least not with DVB-C. Only a single tuner is available for DVB--C. Since I don't have SAT, I know how it is there. We have therefore taken out a Zattoo subscription. This works wonderfully in the meantime. The switching between the Zattoo app and DVB-C has also been taken care of in the meantime. I hope it stays that way. See also my rating.
32.5 cm long. When they are mounted as they are prefabricated, the TV is 2cm above the TV furniture.
Unfortunately, Sony does not give any information on this: https://www.sony.at/electronics/fernseher/a8-series/specifications Sony may be able to help you directly, but I think the life span / decrease in luminosity of the diodes is not as bad as it was in the beginning of OLED.
Hello, the old Pioneer system is only a 2.1 system (2 front and 1 sub). If this is enough for you, the Pioneer system is certainly still good to use. However, if you want to listen to 5.1 or 7.1, the time of this system has unfortunately expired and a replacement is due. What I cannot recommend under any circumstances is to use the speakers built into the TV. Although newer technology (screen vibrates and thus generates sound waves) a standard speaker (and also your old system) is worlds better.
According to the product dimensions (height 857 mm and depth 326 mm), the distance from the top edge of the TV to the wall bracket (300 x 300 mm) should be 1.157 m in height and 626 mm in depth.
