Question about 980 Pro - 588805

I have installed the SSD properly, but it is neither initialised nor recognised by the system. I use the ASUS ROG Strix Z390-E motherboard and wanted to use it as a secondary SSD for games, etc. I checked the M.2 slots. Checked the M.2 slots, it's not them. I got a replacement product, but it didn't change anything either. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?
