Can you tell me which cable provider in Switzerland allows such a device native? Bridge mode is pointless and unusable for a device. If it does, it must really work without the provider device and be plugged directly into the TV socket in the wall. I would be interested in such a device or the big brother 6591, if this can be operated directly without the UPC Connect Box or UPC Gigabit Connect Box at UPC native including the telephone number. Can you please shed some light on this?

1. if you have an upc TV connection. You can only get TV and Internet from upc via this.

2. you *must* use the Conect or Giga-Box from upc on an upc connection. There is no way around it.

The question digitec should answer here is why are the AVM cable boxes included in the range at all? No cable network provider, neither UPC nor Quickline in Switzerland, have a free choice of router.

The 6660 is the first box from AVM with Wi-Fi 6, but it offers no WAN port, but 5x LAN and 1x telephony plus DECT base. I don't see the area of use in Switzerland: ch.avm.de/anga-com/anga-com-2019/fritzbox-6660-cable/

Searching for 6660 and "set up FRITZ!Box for operation with other router" yields no results for the device. Or does anyone here know more?

Better late than never.
init7 is a provider in Winterthur that does not provide any hardware. So you have to get your own router. The prices are relatively fair compared to other providers (Sunrise/UPC, Swisscom) and TV is also included, just not as a TV box but via Android or Apple TV.
You simply don't have a phone there. Do you even need it? ;-)
