Are the 12TB Barracuda Pros compatible with it?
The Seagate Barracuda's are actually PC hard disks and not necessarily suitable for continuous operation in a NAS. You can certainly install them in a NAS and they will most likely be recognised by the hard disk controller, but as a RAID storage or backup solution for 7x24h operation, I recommend the Ironwolf series, which is designed for NAS.
