I thought I had solved the problem at the time by deleting the app. Only after reinstalling the app was it possible to register other devices with the app again. Try this method.
As long as the wall switch is in on position, you can operate the lamp with the app. If you use the wall switch to turn off the lamp, then it will not be possible to contact the lamp by the app, till you switch on the wall switch.
I have the same problem with one of the two bulbs. I don’t have to disconnect it though. I just turn off on the switch, wait a few seconds and then turn back on. The bulb then seems to show in the application as available again. I think it’s a manufacture fault. I applied for a refund. My other bulb has never had the issue.
Hoi - Because Digitec/Galaxus and M-Elec are still separate entities with different shopping channels and conditions for several articles and categories... LG PS: When I need something, I buy it where the conditions are best - i.e. not always at Digitec... if you know what I mean... LG
Unfortunately not, it is designed for a voltage of 220-240 V.
No, I have no noise. Either the bulb is defective or the lamp still has a dimmer that is not compatible with it.
