The Extreme 2 is the specialist for handheld drilling in thin-walled materials. The iron oxide alloy effectively protects against overheating and offers up to 50% increased breakage safety. It acts immediately upon application, eliminating the need for a pilot hole.

The abrasion-resistant size markings, placed outside the clamping area, ensure lasting readability (from Ø 5.0 mm). The drill creates round holes with clean, nearly burr-free edges. The Extreme 2 center point allows for precise spot drilling without tearing, and the specially ground shoulder cutting edges mill exact, round holes with clean edges (from Ø 4.8 mm).

Application examples include drilling sheet metal and thin-walled profile materials (as well as pipes without pre-drilling), where precise and clean holes are required. It is also very suitable for drilling wood and plastics and can be used in alloyed and unalloyed steels with a tensile strength of up to 900 N/mm².
