Ordered and paid for on 28.11.2019. My nephew is still hoping for his belated Christmas present. Nevertheless, this dinosaur is still offered in the shop. You annoy people for no reason by selling something that doesn't exist.

I ordered the Dino as a Christmas present at the beginning of December and paid for it in advance. Now even your customer service could not tell me when the Dino will be delivered. Of course I could cancel the order but my son is still hoping for his belated Christmas present and it "has" to be this dino. Basically it was stupid and I don't want to make a drama out of it. But what I don't understand is why you are still offering the thing at a reduced price, even though you don't know if and when supplies will arrive.

i'm annoyed (also at myself, i didn't see the notice). how can you offer something with a discount and sell it without having it? is there any experience as to whether this will be recouped, or whether the animal is still around at all? thanks for your information.
