According to the information available, 336 hours is a theoretical figure (standby), not the runtime during daily cleaning. Depending on the brushing time, mode, pressure, display and Bluetooth, it may be normal for the battery to drop noticeably per brushing session. Please charge the product fully (often up to 12 hours for this series) and then test it for 2×2 minutes without Bluetooth. If it then continues to lose approx. 10 per cent per brushing, this is rather conspicuous. We then recommend a warranty check. In this case, we will refer you to our digitec Assistant, which provides direct contact options so that you can be helped accordingly. https://www.digitec.ch/help

Yes, it's normal...and the longer you use them, the less pain you have. It was the same for me at the beginning with pain. I brushed the surface of my teeth first and then gently started to include the sides. Take your time when using the IO toothbrush.

According to research, moisture can remain in the head area if it is dried incorrectly. This can theoretically lead to mould, but only occurs if the head is permanently wet. We recommend removing the head after cleaning and allowing all parts to dry completely. A warranty claim only exists if a technical defect occurs. Mould caused by use or insufficient drying is generally not covered.

The difference between the iO 6 and the iO 6 + Sensitive lies mainly in the target group and the specific needs they cover. Both models offer similar functions such as five cleaning modes and a pressure sensor. However, the iO 6 + Sensitive might be specifically designed for sensitive teeth and gums, while the standard iO 6 covers a wider range of needs. The exact colour of the iO 6 + Sensitive is Grey Opal. The main differences are: - Target group: the iO 6 + Sensitive may have been specifically designed for sensitive teeth and gums. - Colour: The iO 6 + Sensitive is available in Grey Opal. - Functions: Both models offer similar functions such as pressure sensor and different cleaning modes.

To clean the tongue with the Oral-B iO 6 + Sensitive electric toothbrush, you can use the gentlest cleaning mode available, usually the "Daily Clean" or "Clean" mode, which is designed for daily, gentle cleaning of teeth and gums. This mode is gentle enough to be used on the tongue without causing discomfort.
