I am looking for a suitable gaming laptop for a colleague. She knows very little to 0% about computers. I'm a total Intel fan myself and yes. Her budget is around 500-1500 CHF but the cheaper the better. She plans to use it for cosy games, but it shouldn't be outdated after a year and should have enough scope for more demanding titles (no shooters, no video editing or anything like that), and it doesn't have to be a high-end laptop. The range on sale is huge and I really don't know what would be suitable. I would be very happy about ideas with links or names of the product. Multiple mentions welcome :) Lg Orinoko

Hello together Does the Saturday delivery issue work for you? I've already ordered something twice on Friday, where Digitec states that the order will be delivered by 7pm on Saturday. Both times it didn't work. Last Friday, I ordered again at around 4pm, but Digitec did not send the parcel, it was only registered, as the post office confirmed. In the end, I don't care whether it arrives on Saturday or Monday/Tuesday. What annoys me about the current one, for example, is that Digitec didn't send it on Friday (contrary to their notification) and still declared it as a Saturday delivery, so it went out on Monday and was scheduled for the following Saturday. Which would not suit me, as I would not be at home. I've been in contact with the post office twice now to have it changed to some day of the week. Was I just unlucky again or does Digitec not have a good grip on Friday evenings? The issue with SaZu is nice, but if it doesn't go smoothly, you should leave it alone, it's hardly that urgent in 99% of cases. But well, maybe I was just unlucky, that can happen. You ask a question to customer service and after a relatively short time you get a very polite answer from a customer advisor. If you want to reply to the answer by e-mail, perhaps to find out more details, you get a generated reply asking you to use the Digitec assistant and the whole procedure starts all over again.Sorry, but what kind of stupid system is this if you can't reply directly to the customer advisor by e-mail.I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else.
