I have to say, they are nice bikes, and with paid advertising everywhere, it's easy to fall into the trap. Sure, there are happy customers, but as soon as service is needed, the horror starts. I had a cargo bike for three months, one of them in service. After each service in Zurich it got worse, until in the end it didn't run at all. It was returned to me without anything being repaired, on the contrary, one day later the electric assistance failed completely. Unfortunately, the poor service and lack of quality is not an isolated case, as I have personally experienced from other customers. But actually a closer look at Google reviews is enough - unfortunately too late for me.
