Hello, I was wondering when the Razer Hyperpolling wireless dongle would be available for purchase? It's the dongle they recently released that allows a polling rate of 4000Hz in wireless and compatible with their most recent mice products (as well as the newly released Deathadder V3 Pro). I suspect that any person that buy these recent mice from Razer are definitely interested into this dongle as it is a nice upgrade and it doesn't even cost that much either. It would be great to have that product available as soon as possible. Thanks.

Hello all Will all or some of the new Razer Blade 16" & 18" models be available here at Digitec? As is certainly known, the Razer Store does not request delivery to Switzerland, so unfortunately you have to rely on companies like Digitec. LG

Would it be possible for you to add replacement ear cushions for Kraken headsets to the range? These are probably the first thing that can break on the headset. As an end customer, you can hardly get them in Switzerland at a reasonable price and I would rather use the originals than anything from Aliexpress.

Spilled Milk all over it.. Tried to dry it for 2 days and 1 day in Rice but nothing works. I got it directly from Razer and still got Warranty, is it repairable or should I not even bother to send it in for repair? I am pretty sure regular repair Places won't be able to fix.. Right? Greetz sam

Hello there, I just noticed it this morning, but when i tried to find Razer Raptor 27 it seems to have been taken down, even for the whole switzerland. I can only find the 50bux monitor cover. Did something happen or i just missed the news about it? Was really hoping to get it soonish :(

Who knows the problem: You are happy about the longevity of Razer products and that you never have to replace them because of defects, but one day they feel as if you have bathed them in honey because the thin layer of soft plastic dissolves. This is what happened 2 years ago with my Razer Mamba and now also with my Razer Onza Tournament Edition Battlefield Limited. I think it's a shame because on the one hand these products still work perfectly, but on the other hand they used to cost a lot of money.
