Made in ?????? Hello As we find it a pity to cut down/buy a fir tree every year, we have decided in favour of the Stick&Tree in order to become more sustainable in the future. The tree is not a bargain at a price of CHF 288 for a height of 160 cm, but it pays for itself after 4 years. The Stick&Tree description states the following: Stick&Tree stands for sustainable decorative items made of solid wood and was developed and founded in Switzerland. The products include dismountable, delicate decorative trees made of European hardwood, which are carefully crafted by hand and provide the customer with long-lasting pleasure for repeated use. The tree arrived today. I was astonished to receive the box, which read MADE IN CHINA in relatively large letters. I would now like to know where this product comes from. Europe/Switzerland is again advertised on the inside of the box.
